Looks great! The Warenhaus, Bank, and Kaufhaus would be good places, perhaps, to rent vendor space. Using the system we discussed of approved vendors which report sales and remit part of the sales to the City (for sales tax), instead we could offer the space to sellers for vendors which would pay a commission to the City. (Really the same thing as Sales Tax, but just a different name.)
The Kaufhaus is our official city department store. I'll get together a special vendor in the next few days such that we can start selling goods immediately. I think it would be in our benefit to bring as many artisans as possible into the city.
I recommend bringing in a variety of artisans who sell hair, jewelry, clothing, and animations such that we can then put that in the land description and folks will match the location when searching. Note that most artisans don't like to sell in a lot of areas because updating vendors can be a real bother (that's how I am). A Gigas vendor would be nice in this case but we'll have to wait until their new version comes out.
Personally, I do not want to see the Warenhaus or Bank used as additional vendor spaces. It dilutes the quality of those buildings as city institutions and provides little additional benefit. Additionally, I'd like to see all vendors confined to dwellings or the Kaufhaus so we don't turn the city into a giant themed mall. (I'd actually like to make this one of the SDF's platforms.)

Can we get flowerboxes? I would love those on my house, and I'm sure others would too. Could they be sold in the Warenhaus? It would be nice if they were mod-able, so that you could put in different flowers

.
I can give you the boxes themselves (2 prims) but not the flowers. Those were made by Toy LaFollette (an old Neualtenburger) and are nontransferable. There are some default landscaping flowers that are part of everyone's inventory that can be used though. If those aren't quite right (I recall them being too tall and not colorful enough), I'd head over to Toy's and see what she has for free or for sale.
I should caution you that flower boxes are prim intensive. The small single-window boxes are six prims and the big double-window boxes are eight prims. Adding the flower boxes to the Kaufhaus ate up 44 prims to a structure which had only 60 prims without the flower boxes. So they're great provided you can afford them (they even prompted me to start a "more prims please" post in the General forum).

And, can you make the store-fronts available too? Or do you want to do those custom for folks?
I can make these available. It's just two prims for the frame and the glass pane. The area between the glass and the door is the same as the piece of material on the other side of the door (I did it this way so it would be easy for folks with modifiable fachwerks to do the same thing). Hmm. Should I sell a different version of the fachwerk that comes with this window?
Of more benefit would be the Photoshop file which has the reflection, glare, and text. I'll email that to anyone who would like it (send me an email) along with the font I use. (Note that only Photoshop will work as I'm using beveled true-type fonts, however you could use nonbeveled fonts in another program I think.)
If this is too much trouble, just tell me what you want on the window (providing graphics as necessary) and where you want it (so I can take a snapshot of the environment to make the simulated reflection) and I'll whip one up.

The booths look great, but perhaps we could leave them in storage until we get to setting up the Expo? They make all the improvement very hard to appreciate.
Oh yes. I asked Eugene to pick those up so folks could see the new Marktplatz.

I'll return them to him. We were laying them out and tweaking the textures to make them perfect last night.
