ask not for whom the bell tolls

I was passiing through Anzere and found the central cathedral (nice build). Behind the cathedral is a monument with an iron cross and what appear to be military veterans who died in the first half of last century. Google wasn't much help and it seems rare that the creator of the monument does something without reason.

I was wondering if someone could explain who the memorial is to; I've been assuming people related to some political movement but am curious. Thanks.

I didn't notice this until you mentioned it in the forum. It was built by BladeDancer Pendragon, who is in charge of the cathedral build. BladeDancer doesn't visit the forums, so you'll have to ask him in world.
