The RA Meeting Procedures specify that "The Leader of the RA (LRA) will determine the agenda for each meeting, and publish it on a notecard before each meeting."
The constitution further specifies that "The RA shall keep and publish a journal of its proceedings" (I.5), presumably in a public place such as the forums and/or the Wiki. (Ah, and I just see that the Meeting Procedures specifically stipulate that "all proceedings will be recorded and published in the forum. " (item 6).
Will agenda items also be published in such a public place before a meeting? The agenda for the most recent RA meeting was put here in the forums, for example, which I think was a good thing. I'm curious whether there are provisions for this or whether it's up to the whim of the leader of the RA whether to do so or not.
(Putting them in the forum might also give the general citizenship an easier way to bring up items, should they so choose and should they not wish any particular representative or faction to address the item.)
