Buying land

You can either see Sudane about buying land directly from the City or you may see a citizen who is wishing to sell. In all cases, Sudane's alt, Rudeen Edo will handle the deed transfer. I'll let Sudane explain the steps...it's pretty cool.

Actually, we could use a description of procedures on the City Website.

We have RA meetings, we could have SC meetings, buying land, impeachment, dispute resolution, voting etc. Just a suggestion.

Go to Neualteburg.info --find a plot that's available for purchase that interests you and contact Sudane Erato.

Kevn, you might want to look over the available parcels in:

http://flyingroc.org/nburg/land.php

Sorry we do not currently have an updated map of all the new parcels, so you'd have to find those plots by walking around the sim. (plots that sstart with a P are outside the city walls).

Then look over the TOS and the covenant in the wiki:

http://wiki.neualtenburg.info/

If you find the plot you want to purchase, and feel comfortable with the TOS and covenant, you can contact Sudane to schedule a time to process the deed and payment. Sudane's been kind enough to walk me through the land purchasing process when I bought my land in Nburg.

Thanks so much for the help. I think I found a place. 1090 Talenstrasse looks cute. Unless some one else wants it. I IMed Sudane, I hope to hear back tonight. Thanks again for all the help. :)

The idea of a Jesus on your lawn with you playing the part of the "get offa my lawn, ya durn kids" fills me with wonderful mirth, it does.

Anybody got a Jesus avatar? :D

*giggles* That is quite the subliminal slip! I hope, however, that you and Kevn become good neighbors and find common ground over back yard barbecues (or the Neualtenburg-theme equivalent) and the occasional cup of borrowed sugar.
