Space to Rent

The one thing I get more questions about than anything else, is if people can move into the city buildings. I've tried to contact three people with experience in leasing over the course of several months but I have never received a reply.

If any of you know someone who could either step in and run the leasing or provide consultation on how to lease property, I would be grateful. Specifically, I'd like someone to walk the grounds, see the size and location of the structures, and suggest rental prices for the property. Then, we'd need to know how to monitor occupancy, prim usage, and load levels. Finally, we'd need a group of people to monitor the structures.

Although we have made quite a few sales over the last three months (~L$30k), I feel revenue from rental property would dwarf this income.

Well... I suppose... I might be able to do it, depending on what you want the script to do. What I'm thinking is it takes money for the rent automatically, displays whos appartement it is, notifies the owner and AUTHORITY FIGURE X when the rental time is up. It will also give door controls.

If thats all, I can swing it.

I was hoping to find someone who owns rental property external to our group who would give or sell their scripts to our group. We need a talented benefactor to mentor us and help us get started.

Does anyone know Lissie Livingston? I sent her a PM in the forums but never heard back. Do Cristiano, Talen, Pendari, or other group members have connections with any folks who lease land?

If it turns out we can't find someone to provide consultation and infrastructure, I might have to take you up on that offer Lance.

Also, just today I received another request to move into the city. Perhaps we should rename ourselves to the Neualtenburg Apartments.
