The AC is open to all participant citizens provided they create goods *and* services for the city. The collective is a four-tier system of apprentices, journeymen, masters, and a guild master. Site specific names may be substituted provided roles remain the same.

Rationale:
Applicants to the guild should only demonstrate provision of goods *or* services for the city, not require both.

Comment: Ok, it's a nitpick, there are bigger fish to fry.

Of course, someone can take up my idea and propose it until I become a citizen. I'm certainly looking to join, it's the best Sim out there. Neualtenburg rocks!

you're getting into semantics --the intent is and/or --the "and" in the sentence indicating that both fall under guild domain, not that the citizen must produce "both"
