To increase the amount of space for Neualtenburg Fachwerks, i propose basements under fachwerks.
- Create a hole in the ground right underneath a fachwerk. (Just like how the space below the Markpaltz was created)
- The basement would not be visible above ground because a fachwerk will be covering the basement.
- This feature will be only available by request.

This is a great idea. All the standard Fachwerks come with basements. Once a resident purchases a lot, they will be able to terraform the ground (provided it's not visible) to use their basements, if they want.
