Add the following to Article I, Section 3
In the event there is a tie in Borda Count Scores, the tie will be resolved by awarding the first seat to the faction with the longest continuous membership in the RA.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a proposal to put on the table the question,"What do we do about election ties?" I'm not at all wedded to this tiebreaker, although it did seem better to me than using faction leader with tallest avatar as a tiebreaker.

Ties are extremely unlikely under a Borda count, although you're right, it's worth considering.

I very much agree that they're unlikely. Hovever, for example, if one more person had voted in the last election and ranked SDF 1 and DPU 2, we would have had just this circumstance.
The alternatives are to decide now how we'll handle it, or throw to the SC should it occur. I tend to prefer the former, not out of any disrespect to the SC, but because it gives us more opportunities to map out the pros and cons of different options.
