I really love the build, and I'm definitely going to purchase a parcel.

My question is, some of the smaller parcels are listed with only 33 prims, but the footnote says that the standard house takes 30 prims...

That leaves only 3 prims, is this correct?

I'm pretty good at building low-prim items, but 3 prims might be stretching my interior decorating skills a bit thin :)

Smith, you can also buy a "prim lot" out of the walls to add prims to the smaller houses inside the walls :)

Yes. What Gwyneth said. :)

If you visit the Land Services page, you'll see land that we have land for sale by address "1234 Streetname" and by lot number "P000". Some of the lots have been specifically set aside (P280), so they can be combined with the smaller parcels in world. So, if you were looking for a lot in the city with 30 prims above that required for the structure you could purchase "1365 Haney-Linden-Strasse" and "P280-09". This extra prim lot (P280-09) only adds about US$0.84 to the monthly cost for the extra 30 prims.

If you need even more prims, you're welcome to purchase an even larger lot outside the walls. :)
