Any citizen selling land in Neualtenburg must report the buyer's name, lot name, and purchase price to the city treasurer within 5 days of the transfer.
Explanation:
We have to have this information in order to collect the land transfer tax. Also, RL real estate transactions are public record. Ours should be too. If we are to have a land based revenue system, we need accurate and full reporting on land values.

If we are to have a land based revenue system, we need accurate and full reporting on land values. In fact, we already know the buyer's name and lot name, since that information is required by Rudeen in order to "Reclaim" the lot from the seller and "Deed" the lot to the buyer. We only don't know the price that was paid for the land. I feel this plan is an essential step in performing effective land management. Sudane

Don't we have a land transfer tax on the books the collection of which requires this information?

From: Claude Desmoulins Don't we have a land transfer tax on the books the collection of which requires this information? Actually, yes, we do. The one or to times it should have applied, I neglected to do so. The proceeds would have been so small. I must remedy that. So, that's right. The existence of the tax mandates that this info be provided. Sudane
