Is there any interest in a posting of people arriving and departing Neualtenburg? Is it appropriate, or is there a privacy issue here that we should respect?
Of course, everyone's presence or non-presence is available for public viewing on the Land Page of the site. But it may be quite a different thing to "trumpet" it here in the forums.
And, if we would like this info posted, what about people who have just disappeared? Whose land is reclaimed because we simply don't hear from them again?

I'm concerned that the citizen count could become something watched like the Linden exchange rate On the other hand, land that is donated back to or reclaimed by the city should be a public record. I guess what I'd propose is another monthly report (sorry Sudane), Land transfers. It would list all land transfers in the sim that month. I know I'm copying real life, but it seems to me that making all real estate transactions public record is good for transparency. If we get a database up, adding a date of last transfer column would be easy.
