Modifiable Fachwerks For Sale

I created a new custom Fachwerk vendor, placed it in the Warenhaus, and filled it with seven modifiable Fachwerks. If folks are having trouble getting started with a build in the valley, have them grab a prefab Fachwerk as a starter dwelling.

I also modified the vendor to set the PRIM_TEMP_ON_REZ parameter, so it doesn't consume any of the sim's prims. As soon as I get back from vacation, I'll make these vendors available to everyone for free. Until then, I think it's OK if you sell out of prims, as long as no one else objects.
