BTW how do I wear the lederhosen? The concern Kendra brings up in passing in this transcript is one shared by myself. While there's no actual law against "thumbing your nose at the government" - and if there was, Kendra's got a long history of peaceful civil disobedence and protest herself, from protest objects to not-quite-ultimatiums. I also believe that - from the city's point of view - my replacing of the city's roads was fully within the law. However, I did willfully and deliberately break the housing covenant in several ways for a couple of days. (I even helpfully catalogued which provisions I broke!) While it has been standard procedure to ask people in violation to clean it up and disregard such violations if the violation is corrected immediately (and I did this), I would appreciate it if the SC would at least discuss these issues at their next meeting, on behalf of Kendra and myself, if only to examine the possible procedures that may be required. _____________________
