To attract more visitors and future citizens to the city a MAJOR renovation or even rebuilding the sim is neccesary. I suggest that Neualtenburg hires one artisan to build/design the entire city (including the valley area).

Landscaping

- I must say that the valley area's terrain isn't very builder friendly. The terrain should be smoothed out.
- The walled city should be lowered down and/or the valley area should be raised. The altitude difference is too much.

For the Walled City:

- An artisan would design/create ALL buildings inside the city (including the MoCA). This will maintain the bavarian theme of the sim. One street (Talenstrasse?) will be designated as a buissiness street, and the area around the marktplatz will contain the home of the SC, RA, Guild and a visitors center. And an updated (or even rebuilt) Kirche. The rest of the city will contain the MoCA, residential fachwerks, and maybe a castle.

For the Valley Area:

- An artisan would create 5-10 prefab buildings (ranging in size and design). A citizen would be able to choose one prefab for free for their land. A citizen would also be able to hire the artisan to create a custom home (for a fee). This will allow citizens to have some freedom in designing their home, and it will maintain the bavarian theme of the city.

Comments and suggestions are always welcome :D
