It has been decided at the RA meeting of last Sunday to hold a Neualtenburg Exposition during the same time as the upcoming elections, July 30 and 31. Since an expo of the type discussed would best happen over a number of days, it might be appropriate for the expo to happen from the 28th to the 31st, or even longer.
Many great ideas were discussed. It became obvious that a committee was needed to bring together the many details. Eugene Pomeray was designated as the Coordinator of the Expo. He's published many many ideas for it, and he's already started with some of the promo.
Ideas? Volunteers?

I agree with that - the elections have their own claims on people's time and I think we need more time to prepare for a thoroughly good expo. Besides, it's my birthday on 14th August and I'd like to spend part of it in good company in Neualtenburg |
