permissions to modify property

namaste all,

i haven't been around much lately (work schedule in RL has been crazy) and have been catching up on the news today. wow. lots of changes.

i am hoping to be in world more in the next several weeks and would like to modify my property. how does one gain the necessary permissions?

With regard to our conversation the other day, I presume you want to modify the fachwerk. Back in the early summer, Ulrika had set up a vendor in the General Store where you could buy a modifiable copy of the fachwerks. She took it down, but I'm sure I remember that recently she said she'd put it back up. Does anyone have any information about that? I looked all about and didn't find it.

Alternatively, Kendra, Dianne and myself have all built our own versions. Eugene has put up a nice "hotel" in the manner of a fachwerk.

In any case, that's whats needed to modify the house: a modifiable copy.

I'll put my modifiable fachwerks for sale in the store tomorrow. If any others would like to sell modifiable structures in the city for some added architectural variety, that would be excellent as well!
