The plots on the Marktplatz have been re-parceled, and Kendra is replacing the buildings now with basic fachwerks for each plot. Here is the plan, along with the street numbers. All street numbers are xxxx Haney-Linden-Strasse.

(Sorry, I have completely lost any recollection of how to log into the wiki. Maybe Claude or Aliasi could put this pix there?)

I have designated two buildings, a "Resident's vendors", which will be City supported, and a "Museum Shop", which will be a sales branch of the MoCA. These locations can be modified if people offer compelling reasons to do so.

I suggest that 4 of the 7 available parcels be auctioned shortly, and, if there are enough bidders, the remaining 3 shortly thereafter. If not, we can wait for a month or so until demand might grow. We will develop the auction method soon, and I'm certainly open to suggestions how.

I do not have any location for the Ginko terminal and the Infonet terminal. I was orginally intending to have them removed, but suggestions have been made that they should be kept. May we please have any positions on this? If there are none, I will remove both.

Perhaps the Infonet Terminal can go into the School?

Suggestions are gladly received :).

I've uploaded it to the Image gallery section of the site.

There are no plans to keep the terminal, Lee.

Presence of Ginko

I personally (BTW I'm now a citizen) have no problem with Ginko in the newly formatted platz provided they pay land use and obey the existing laws of Neualtenburg. We don't want to run business out of town unless they actually violate the law. I say keep them in if they want to buy a platz plot at auction.

So, I guess my question is, did the existing owners of platz lots pay for them? Are they ok with Sudane bulldozing, repartitioning and auctioning? If they paid nothing, then well....bulldoze away. In any case, the law is the law and they can be bulldozed. It might be nice in the future (for those who paid for plots) to be compensated at NB prices via an "eminent domain" mechanism.

The Platz land has never been owned by anyone but the City. The Ginko terminal and the Infonet terminal were placed there as a service, much like the Notarizing desks in the Rathaus.

Indeed... in a sense, they're "attractions" for people looking for them.

Just to let everyone know -I'll begin building tomorrow. Tonight I am going to be locked up in my apartment wearing an expensive gowm with a tiara --sipping champagne and rooting for Felicity to win her Oscar.
