We are getting to the point in our project where our threads are getting too long and growing too fast for people to follow. We need to collect in a single place those things that we've decided upon and summarize what questions still exist.

We can do this a couple of ways.

First is that I can place a wiki on our family server later tonight when the server monkey gets home. We can make changes to the pages there as we go. The inconvenience is that it is one more site we have to check. I do think as a long-term solution it is the best way to maintain a set of documents and ever changing laws.

Second, we can create a single sticky "Reference Thread" in the forum that has one post in it for each topic of discussion (Constitution, Bill of Rights, RA, Guild, Philosophic Branch). This will be easier in the short term and more accessible to those in the General forum who are just visiting but will be harder to maintain as we progress.

Or we could do something else. Vote and then discuss.

So glad you brought this up as I was about to make reference to it.

My personal vote is for other. Or in my case *both*. I think stickies on the forums are great while we are getting everyone up to date and making changes. Something that could be updated on a more daily basis. The wiki could be a more permanant fixture that gets updated once a week or so based on the current stickies.

I hope that made sense. :p
