Ok I just recently learned the basics for building.. I am attempting to make a vase for some flowers I made and well to twll the truth they look choppy. how on earth (if there is a way ) do you blend the objects to that it looks like one item instead of two?
Also if anyone knows how to make a good Vase/flower pot please let me know.
Thank you for reading and helping if you can. ^_^

It's hard to tell without seeing what you are trying to make. If you post a picture, it might be easier to help. In general, though, making a complex object with curved prims usually involves fiddling with their dimensions so that there aren't disturbing angles between them. I don't know exactly what you are trying, but consider using a torus as the body of your vase. Build on it and see what happens.
If you want smoother, more organic lines in something like a vase, the better answer is to create a sculpty. That involves learning how to handle a program like Blender, however, and is much more of a challenge. I'd suggest sharpening your prim-handling skills before you take on that next step.

Rolig is correct about sculpties, but for a Vase you don't need blender. There are several lathe type programs (Rokuro is one, I think) that will make a vase in a jiffy.
however, you should experiment more with the in-world tools. With practice and more knowledge, you will be able to make amazing curvy well-fitting things. Go find a Prim Builder and visit some of the building tutorials, such as Ivory Tower.
