What clothes would YOU like to see?

I'm on the cusp of going on a designing spree and painting a bunch of new clothes, and whipping out my sketchbook to do some sketches. My question to all of you: What would you like to see? This thread can be a resource for other designers as well, because I don't make all kinds of clothes.

For those of you who don't know, I focus mostly on unisex, skatewear, casual clothing that can be worn by both men and women as well as some formal gowns. Most of my stuff is painted and made from trims and fabric swatches. My main shop right now is in Luna by the fountain while I work on getting my shop in Mauve set up and building the designer's skyscraper in Miramare.

Right now I have a lot of tops and jeans. What do you want to see? What do you think is missing in SL, or that you'd like to see more of? Designers, if you read this and do provide the clothes people are asking for, feel free to reply with the location of your shop. There are a lot of hidden gems of designers out there.

Also: If you have a specific outfit in mind that is in my style, I will make it for you providing I can resell it in my shop. I charge slightly more than what I would charge you in retail for making it to your specs. I'm also willing to do custom colour combinations, but since I really need to beef up my store stock, I'm not doing exclusives right now. This is mostly texture design. My specialty isn't really attachment avs or animal creatures. Take a look at my shop if you want to know the kind of stuff that's in my range.

Anyway, I've had too much coffee this morning and I really need to eat. So I'll end this caffeine-induced ramble for now!

one thing that i was looking for recently and couldn't find is a hooded sweatshirt, one with the hoody hanging in the back, as opposed to on the head. i ended up just making my own simple one with a prim on the back. looks kinda cheap since i'm not a clothes designer, but i think this would be a great addition to the styles in world. it's nice and casual. i wear hoodies a lot IRL

I personally.. would like to see more of the leather kind of outfits for men... don't tend to see those around much.

Hoodies! Check. On my list. I have one, but it's for a woman.

And leather how, Einsman? Leather jacket? Pants? Like, biker gear? Or Goth?

No idea if that's in your style or not...well I guess I could see skateboarders wearing a Garoad coat. lol

I wouldn't expect attachments (collar, etc) since I could do any of that on my own if I wanted. But this is sort of a 'custom' request I make to SL designers now and then so there's one thing: I'd also want the textures (etc) so I could modify or add detail myself. Don't know if you'd be okay with that.

(BTW, you'd be the third SL designer to attempt this, so major brownie points for you if you could pull it off...lol)

Men's Clothes, Shoes for both, and...

i've alwways wanted to be Jesse and James, the inept villans from Pokemon for Halloween but could never pull off her hair IRL. I would love her outfit if not a complete AV.

I'm not perfectly certain I've attached this right, but we'll see. These are a set of pictures of recent clothing come out of FFXI... so it's cheesy, and I don't know what mass of audience it would attract, but I kind of like some of the clothing, haha. Not sure if it would fit on Daemioth, though, mwee hee...

I love the stuff you have so far.

Personally I'm fond of clothing with few or no logos on them.

I have a RL black shirt with off-white stripes that run from the sides of the neck across the tops of the shoulders and down the arms. If you could reproduce that, it would be cool.

Mens clothes of all sorts. A men's clothing line. I'm very comfortable in t-shirt and black jeans but it's getting kind of boring. Haven't been shopping for men's clothes in a while but what I have seen is scattered hither and thither and has left me mostly uninspired. So -- surprise me!

Im still looking for a decent kimono

i know what i would love, i will get some pictures of it, but on Final Fantasy 11 i was a level 65 beast master and had earned my Artifact armour....This may seem odd but i would love to wear that outfit i will send a piccy of it once i fnd the website again<went down>. This is really good forum! hehe for those who mastered ff11 like me, then you know what the beast master outfit was. Sigh...i miss that game....ill get too addicted if i go back again.

We definitely need a larger variety of shoes: male, female, formal, sneakers, sandals, boots... So far, I've only found a handful of shoes that are worthy

I'd like some dresses that end several inches above the knee but not micro-mini's. RL versions would be nice too.

I too like what you have so far and have bought many pieces from you. Would love to see more Medeival clothing, Celtic/Elvin/Fairiesh. I have a lot of friends that would buy them. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with!

I am totally looking for transparent clothing! This way I can run around the welcome area, moon people, and not violate the LL TOS policies.

I love to shop.... textures and clothes are my downfall... hehehe....
Clothes I'm finding... very few are updating regularly...and I'm one... who loves to change everyday !!!
I look for casual...and casual dress... with a tad of spice of formals.... but... all I buy... I look for "femmie with details" (not a tomboy...sorry)... and since I'm by water alot..... I would love more options for bikini's....

Way more leather/vinyl/rubber and fetish style clothes with clips, belts, straps and laces etc.

School uniform shirts, pleated skirts, ties and stuff for girls.

Suspender/garter belts as separate items not as part of large sets.

more coats and tall boots with elaborate tops and lacing.

spikier heel shoes

japanese 'loose socks' big baggy white socks..

more eastern influenced fashions, jackets, chinese dresses and such...
