Calling all Newbies!

Tired of looking for a place to call home sweet home? Here is your chance!


Here is the contest!;

You have exactly 1 week from today to build a home in Cowell! Contest Starts: NOW!

March 12, 02
9pm EST

Here's the Prize!;

1 Plot in Abbots 768 m2 for 1L$ (right next to contest area!)

Here are the rules!;

7 plots size 684 m2 in lovely Cowell are being offered for the contest!

You may pick any 1 plot you wish. You may not change plots at any time this week.

You must IM Catherine Cotton (thats me :D ) and tell me you wish to participate in the contest.

I will be putting your name near the property you pick. You must put at least one prim on the lot none modify to claim that lot!

You only have 1 week to build your home.

Contest Ends:
March 19th at 9pm EST

Landscaping and furniture are optional and may be purchased for your lot.

You have a limit of 153 prims per lot so use them wisely!

You may not go outside the subdivided lots.

You may not have any outside help other than other ppl in the contest with you.

Houses must be in a small home country theme. (any country)

*Newbie must be less than 31 days old!

I can not guarentee all players are realy newbies so please show your honor here and give those newbies a chance folks!

In addition the winner of the Homestead contest will recieve $L500 in prize money!

Votes will be tallied by everyone present on Friday March 19th, 2004 at 9PM

Well, I would have entered, but I already have filled my land tier and I'm not quite a newbie anymore. It was a good idea, Catherine. Maybe if we recruit some newbs... hehe.
