I'd like to build an event area for Mature themed events that is preferably on a beach (for the lowest amount of lag possible), on the borders of 2 mature sims, so we can have more than 30 people at these events. If anyone knows a suitable spot for this, or if anyone can help out with land or spare a few objects, please contact me.
