Hi, all;

At the beginning of january Domino had an accident and the development of his scripts apparently has stopped since then. But i think, we should take domino's work now and put it at least into a maintenance mode until he fully recovers from his injury.

So i did a first move and with some help from the machinimatrix developers i have created a code repository which currently just contains the released scripts from 14-july-2008 and the last available RC from 1-dec-2008. Some fixes to the code will come in the next days.

The repository is based on subversion and publicly accessible under the following URL:

http://www.machinimatrix.org/svn/sl/trunk/blender/dominodesign/

Read-only checkouts are enabled for everybody. If anybody would like to participate in the maintenance of the scripts, please let me know, so we can give write permissions to you, or just send in a patch to gaia.clary@machinimatrix.org and we will incorporate your patch into the scripts.

The zipped distributions of domino's scripts and my own blender2sculptie add on script can be found under:

http://www.machinimatrix.org/svn/sl/distrib/

Please note, that this offer is ONLY to provide a working playground for continuing Domino's development in a controlled way. As soon as Domino is back, he is absolutely free to incorporate the ongoing maintenance work into his original scripts and setup his own repository again.

But i also have got the acknowledge from the machinimatrix, that in principle this repository may be used permanently also from Domino if he is interested.

I hope, this all makes sense and helps to keep the scripts in a good shape.

The best wishes to Domino for a painless and quick recover! Take your time, we will keep your work up and running... promised!!!

Gaia, you do wonderful work. I myself don't have the right coding skills to be of any assistence. But I just want to let you know that I appreciate Domino's work and yours a lot! All the best to Domino and many thanks and good luck to you!
