Nope, not possible. Everything ingame is built with the in-game builder, except for textures, sounds, and animations.

I've seen a German Blimp with inner frame work huge amount of detail and large all in one day so I question about the importing.

No, it's entirely possible to make such things inworld. I do it all the time myself...but usually Victorian things :-)

I have not seen the blimp in question, but I can assure you (unfortunately) that there is no way to import externally created geometry into SL. A lot of us have been wanting this ability forever, but it doesn't look like it's going to happen any time in the foreseeable future.

As for this mysterious, magical blimp, like I said, I haven't seen it so I don't know how good it actually might be. What I can tell you though is that once you get used to SL's modeling tools (limited though they may be), It's not hard to create very complex structures quickly. I can't imagine a blimp that would take a talented modeler more than one or two days to put together.

If you want further examples, take a look at the Sci Fi Museum area in Indigo. We add stuff to it all the time, but the bulk of what you see there was created in just a couple of days.

Probably a lot of that detail you see, framework and such, is actually texturing. I saw a communications tower that was made that way and it was awesome looking, but only a couple of prims. Very well done.
