Dunno if this is a real project but i didnt know where to post it.

Who would like to create a Land Buying Group ?

one where you join by paying a subscription of say $3000

this pooled money is used by the group to snap up as much joined land as possible in one or all of the 4 new sims coming this week.

Once the buying has ceased the land can be redistributed amongst the group members evenly and the group disbanded.

Hopefully this will mean the average cost of land will be be good enough to give each member a decent parcel.

I'm hoping for say 1024m - so around $3/m

then the happy group can be neighbours in close proximity and we could get a nice tight friendly group with a place to call home.

I dont know how groups purchase land or if the money can be pooled like this.

Please enlighten me.

If someone is a buying guru they can help the group get the land at the best price please come help us.

Maybe the redistribution could be after some deals are done to end up with a whole sim by swapping land parcels to create a block.

Is this a good idea ?

I'm ready to put in my $3000.

I'm an Aussie who seems to miss all the buying/auction madness due to things like sleep and work in RL.

Help me get my dream 1024m, come be my neighbour and let's get this party started !!!!
