Playwright Contest, Production + 1000 dollars!

Hello everyone! Here's the deal:

I have a theatre ready to put up at my plot. It's a full theatrical setup, just waiting to be used. I decided to work it out a bit by holding a contest.

Everyone with a script, or even an idea for a script, can pitch it to me. I decide what 3 scripts are the best and let the producers put them on in my theatre. I can provide the actors and propmakers myself, too! Remember, it can even just be a CONCEPT! If you win first place, I'll throw in 1000 dollars, too! AND all the actors and props.

So Basically, your saying whoever can come up with the best concept for a play? or is it a scripting contest? Im Confused.please explain.
