Would a limited-edition prefab home have more appeal?

it really depends on the style and how much time went in to make it not every house is textures because of this some are really complax to the point that you just cant put prims together to recreate

I think it may have some appeal, as the problem with prefabs is you and a few dozen other people (maybe even more) have the same house. Some people don't mind this, others do I think. So a limited number pre-fab might have appeal to people who do not have the time or the skill to build and want something unique, btu cant shell out the dough for a complete custom job. Im guessing a limited number prefab would still be more money, but not as much.

Anyway... sounds like it could be a sucessful idear.

well its not really the house that brings value any way its the prims of the land and (its hard to explain)lets see the more or less prim heave determines the house price but prefabs can be dont in manny ways you the best way is to do it in sections this way you can set the house to your design most houses in real life are boxes with diffrent room configs and the exterior is custom.
