Hello all,

I made a structure from parts created by me, and textures created by me. I am trying to mark it for sale and I cant get at the boxes ... they are all greyed out. I un-linked the structure and every piece has the sale option greyed out. This has never happend before ... anyone have ideas?

Thanks

Check to be sure that you haven't left the Edit Linked Parts box checked. I forget that every once in a while, and it always results in graying out options on the General edit page.

It might be yours as in the prims/and/or textures but is the build scripted?

If so it might be that the scripts you are using are not transferable therefore you would not be given the option to sell the build.

Are you using a third party alignment tool and forgot to delete the scripts in the prims'?

Again this could also be a problem.

In most cases it is normally a script residing somewhere in a prim or linkset.

That script must have transfer permissions in order for you to sell the object/linkset/build.

Thanks Larrie,

Nope , no scripts .. all textures and prims were created by me. This is trully frustrating .. I dont want to have to make the pieces over again.

Did it somehow get deeded to a group and bought back by you again? Or sold to someone else and then returned to you? If it was transferred to another owner, it likely lost its mod permissions in the transfer. If that is true, no choice but to re-create it.

Thanks all .. I think I changed groups without saving an original copy with full perm. That will do it I guess.
