New Themed Area

This is simply an idea anyone can use. How about a Mad Max themed area. Ya know, post nuclear holocaust. I think that would be really cool if done right. Granted the outlands are kinda like that with the whole anarchy thing and all. I am talking about an actaul theme. Mad Max / Mad Max Rosdwarrior. That would be awsome. Anyway, Just a thought
