I know, I know, both the subject and idea are both very corny, and I can probaby hear you shaking your head at my really random and almost pathetic ideas, but give me the freedom to wander, i guess, and see what I can do in SL, please *tries to look pathetically cute, and fails miserably*

This time I'm only looking for a few folk, 2 Officers (Scripters) and 4 Enlisted (texture people). Oh, and this is for a subdivision of Fats-Yamamoto, INC. (which i joined up with recently). Anyway, standard pay for officers is 300 LBs, and enlisted get 100 LBs plus bonuses for really good work. What pray tell, is this for? The Second Life Navy (Here on out known as SLN) will know be a sort of launch platform for parties. Naval aviators will "fly" either mobile party places (C-130 Herc, C-5A Fat Albert, or private Biz Jets), or Fireworks platforms (B-17s and AC-47s). True, current military models look rather cartoonish, and none of the aforementioned aircraft are Navy planes, I think it would be nice, and I seem to have become atleast half-way decent aircraft modeller, So... Anyway, to sort of "launch" this idea, I am building the SLNS Dante (LHD10), a modified Wasp-class Escort Carrier. And if officers and enlisted can help me raise 17000 LBs, we can actually make a dry dock, as opposed to just hoisting a multi-tonned ship into thin air, lol.

PS: For those of you who feel that the LDH10 is a montrous blight on SL Society (and I wouldn't aruge, the main deck is around 40 x 30 meters, i think), please don't string me up by the mast (even if I might deserve it). I couldnt link the whole thing together, so it is built in sections, easy assembly (once completed) and really easy dissasembly. So if it's that bad, and I don't get support to make it work, then I'll just delete in 5 minutes, and either make an airfield somewhere, or stick to the more standard Helos (the UH-1 Huey, the CH-53 Jolly Green Giant, and the AH-1 Cobra)

Ill keep this short, (amazing for me, I know, lol). The SLNS Dante is now *officially* complete, but many of its features arnt up yet. If you have an aircraft you'd like to show off, space can be rented on it (pricier for top deck), just contact me via email or ingame for info. Just an idea of the kind of spaces...Topside has room for 2 Helos and 1 jet (large). The deck below (I'll add one more deck tommorow) has room for a good deal of aircraft, as it spans the mass of the entire ship, as opposed to just the short runway. Aircraft can be "raised" to top deck at your request. Plans for a C-130 Herc, 2 LA Class attack subs, and 1 Aegis Cruiser are now going to be persued. lol, think you're a few weeks to late. We (A few of the members of the SLN) got a good looking nuclear submarine, and a nice Nimitz Aircraft Carrier made, but in the end, there wasnt much to do w/ the SLN, and the ships were practically pointless (at the time, we couldnt fly aircraft sorties, or launch ICBMs) but if you're interested in doing those things, the idea is out there, hehe. Although i have to say, im not sure what group it is, but they have a MUCH better sub, complete w/ multiple deck, and 4 VLRS tubes.

If the sub you're referring to is near your huey project, it's owned by the Templars...more specifically, it was built completely to the point it is by Baseline Valen.

lol, thats right it was the templars, pardon me for that lapse, but i think it's Xav's huey project. If it fly's and has moving blades, it is defenitly Xav's. I managed a huey once (w/ some major help) as part of the SLN...*sighs nostalgically* hehe, but glad to know. Keep up the good work on the sub

Let me see....ive already got the framework (Thanks Ben!), and it's got a wep that does damage....so ill sell it to ya (cheaply) on two conditions...1) You stop murdering my friends unless it is in good spirits (like a game, or yall choose to do a grudge match or something) and 2) I can have safe haven in the outlands myself.It'll take some time to make the higgins drivable (maybe a week on the outside? Since im also working on my groups HQ) As a further incentive, if none of all of the above conditions are met, for a full week (so not even rouge members disrupt the fun) then i'll just GIVE you a copy w/ right to edit it and copy it as you will, free of charge. Oh and PS: I find this particularly ironic, since the first time i went over to your base in hawthorn, ppl kept asking whether they could kill me. But im willing to forgive(although not w/o continual good humored jest, lol), since life seems to have dropped a few notches on the exhange, hehe

No, you misunderstood me. I was going to get either Avondell or Shnitzel to fly over to a place of your designation to discuss this. You don't have to fly over to WWIIOL Island (previously Jessie).
