Hi! Im new here and own a small 512 thingy plot of land. Its like rectangle shaped. Im going to try and build a low prim budget (since I only have 114 right?) gothic style house. It would be nice to have a dark stoney columned house with a few forboding stained glass windows but I know I cant have it all on this budget. Im going to see what I can do on my own. But if anyone knows of some good resources for textures, premade stained glass windows or whatever related to this let me know.
Thanks a bunch I love the game.

Check out Chase's Manhattan in Hawthorne. I'm not sure how Aimee managed to do what she did (you'll be interested in the church), but I'm sure that if you ask her she'll be happy to help. IM me next time I'm on and I'll send you a landmark.
As far as low prim count goes, I'd recommend remembering you can use the textures to do a lot of work for you. For instance, if you want a wall to have stained glass windows, you could create a big thin box with a number of thin shapes on it, with the big thin box being the stone and the small flat shapes being the windows. However, you could just use a texture with stained glass windows on it -- as many as you want -- which is much more prim efficient.

I made a few low prim houses specifically for 512 plots, all of them came on a 20 x 10 m base (which fits pretty nicely on that sized plot).
An A frame in around 17 prims. A beach house in 27 and a 'tudor cottage' in 34.
You could rip those apart and see how I went about using few prims.
Siggy.
