The first issue of Second Life Consumer's Report will be free to all Second Life users. We will be distributing these papers thoughout second life september 15th, 16th, and 17th. Copies of this paper will be allowed. However after that we will be charging (see pricesheet below) for our services. Here's what's in the first issue


To Rent or Not To rent. That's quite a question! -- looking into whether it's better to rent a place in second life or build your own. What should your reasons for each be?

New Businesses of August -- a look at the businesses that just came out this August. Check them out they may not be there next month.

Builder’s Corner -- Build a house for under 40 dollars. Tips and tricks to keeping those object taxes low.

To walk? To fly? How to get by! -- This reviews a number of the more popular transportation methods in second life (such as the bee vs. Magic carpet) and their advantages/disadvantages.

12 Wonders of Second Life -- If you wanted to visit just 12 spots in second life, what would they be and why? This will cover what most would consider the greatest objects/areas created (and still around) in Second Life and how you can support them to keep them up.

September Sales – Great deals you can find around SL.

Taxes and how they work – A great summary of how taxes are determined in SL and what to watch out for.

There goes the neighborhood – a look at the different areas and what they can offer you.

Citizen of the month -- A special interview with an outstanding citizen of Second Life..maybe you'll know her!

Fun and games -- Review of some games that are ongoing through this month. This issue learn how you can earn 50,000 linden dollars!

Hangout Monthly -- Reviews some of the hangout spots in SL and what's good about them.

Notable Services -- Some notable businesses that can really help you get off your feet.

Wow, this is a GREAT idea- ive seen other people try to do magazines/newspapers but this looks like it could actually work!
