Workaround for not crashing into rezzing buildings

This may be old news for some, but for me it's a new discovery: To prevent hitting (and getting stuck in) rezzing builds durring long flights, keep both the page up and the up arrow keys pressed. As I use the WASD cluster to move, E and C are up and down. So I hold WE down when flying long distances. (You have to set the preference to close your chat input box when you hit enter to use the WASD, of course.)
