To all you land barrons / land sellers out there that use the annoying for sale signs...
... not only have people been saying over and over that they are tacky and they lower the value of the surrounding land,
but if you bothered to put something nice looking on your land you probably would sell it faster and for a higher price.

I noticed one of the local land barons changed the look of there sign, its not too generic anymore.. i guess they are trying to make it look a little better.. but we all know.. a for sale sign is a for sale sign
