how can i get pictures on to sl? and can i do it if i only have 0L$?

If you want to upload a texture, open the "File" menu at the top of your screen in SL and select "Upload Image (L$10)." A window will open to allow you to select the image on your computer to upload. Do that and a preview window will open to give you a final chance to verify the image. Approve it and you will be charged L$10 (about 3.8 cents U.S.) for the upload. If you do not have enough L$ in your account, the upload will fail and you will get an error message.

LL will not allow you to have a negative L$ balance. Considering the incredible number of freebies and the huge number of things you can do in SL without spending money, being poor is not a serious limitation at first. If you want to upload textures, buy property or goods, tip a dancer in a club, donate to a worthy cause, or do anything else, however, you will either need to establish a way to bring money in world (Paypal is easiest) or find a way to earn L$ in world.

LL does allow you to have a negative L$ balance, but that is only possible via a group which owns land set to show in search, and a role set to take your money (they don't need to ask your permission, any group can legally steal your money, had shown the entire exploit to steal 3000L$ every week on my blog, but no one cared ).

OK, true. As far as the OP is concerned within the limited scope of his question, however, he doesn't have to worry about ending up with a negative balance. His only worry is how to create a POSITIVE balance so he can get to work.
