Take a look at Puppeteer which is a set of scripts that can 'animate' prims. You can get a demo set which I think is L$1 on Xstreet. However it doesn't help much with how the scripts work.

There are many different wings in SL. Simple ones that you attach on your back are typically just two thin flexi prims. These can either be un-animated and just react to wind and drag, or scripted to flap a bit independent of wings.

The same (flexi prim) technique can be used for simple bird wings or butterflies. Flexi's seem stiff if they get under a certain size (around 30 cm is my experience).

For other kind of wings the moment has to be done using scripting - which is an other forum, and a different ballpark all together.

Thanks, I started with the simple flex prim, but when attaching it get in the wrong place...
I'll try other forms.
I think maybe I need to link the flex prim with another small "attaching point" prim...

Make both your wings. link them to a root prim and attach the linked set to the spine, chest, pectoral, whatever works. Then edit the wings and move them to the desired location.
