I should know this, I've been around long enough, but here goes:
I know that owning more than one plot of land in any one regular sim means that your total prim count is a combination of all the land you own in that sim - but in a city sim, like Sistiana, does that also hold true? If I own more than one plot, is my prim allowance shared over all my plots, or am I forced to not go beyond each individual plot prim number???
thanks for any insight! ceej

Still true, Ceej. Unless they've changed the game mechanic in a major way without telling us.
City sims still follow the normal rules, they just have the sim object bonus >1.
