My dream sim...

I would love a sim that was organized (properties and streets) as the restricted areas of Boardman and Brown, but yet didn't have their building restrictions. It would have a protected skyline (lets say 6-8 meters above ground) - no huge billboards.
It would be necessary that the area was not to be threatened by further expansions like Boardman ('s view) was ruined the day they opened up Tan. Having a restricted sim next to a free sim is not a good idea. Unless you raise some land and plant some trees.

Nowadays I cant find a place to put my house. I dont want the prefab anymore - I dont want to be restricted by a box when I set up my house. I have lived in a box - not its time to expand my horizon.
When I finally find a place that has the right size or location its eather threatened by another house "falling off" a cliff and on your rooftop or its a huge comercial building there or it's just owned by someone else. Mostly a Linden...

I am getting pretty desillusioned by this. I dont mind creativity but i mind mess. Messy places with no structure... You would need to buy a 64x64 property just to make sure you dont get a "nice" neighbourly surprise.

Anyone else feel this way? If so, want to find a way to solve this and create our dream community?

But again I see that most land was owned by a Linden - and there was not really much to choose from as is...

I do like the set up of Lusk estates tho, so I did buy a plot... for now.

If you want somewhere that's pretty tame yet adventure is just a sim away try Perry, or if you want that adventure with tranqulity a step away try Tehema.
