Hello World,
So I would like to screen capture my avatar running through a field of tall grass. However I am running into a number of problems. I have purchased a camera and found a good place to shoot the footage but the land doesn't allow rezzing. Since its so difficult to find a place with tall grass in an open area I figured I could build it in a sandbox, but off course if you don't own the land then you can't create trees and grass.
Does anybody have any idea's for where I might find such a place, or a work-around to building my own grass somewhere?
(I'm still new to SL)

It's difficult to find anyplace at all in SL that has "Tall grass you could run through". The Linden "grass" among the one-prm plant selections is more like 30 or so tall weeds, spread randomly over a 10M circle. It's almost impossible to rez enough of them to get a realistic filed of tall grass. And even then, that are only about mid-calf in height.
It's a cool idea though. Maybe someone will know a place that is already set up with particle grass or prim grass that can do what you're seeking.

you could try temp on rez prim grass, or even particle grass (ive seen particle flower rezzors at the chapel on the rail line junction in Caledon Tammarnoch that looked decent)

Some parts of the Forest of Kahruvel have lots of linden grass - notably a little gully in Bodega and the cliffs facing the inland sea in... oh, Davenport, I think. Not flat, though.
