Hi, are there some handy tools to select land on your SIM to subdivide/join it? I find the standard a bit hard to handle. Thank you

The standard tool is really quite easy to use. Just don't try to do too much at once. Make small parcels of manageable size and join them instead of trying to see a whole huge area at the same time. Start at one corner of the area you want to carve out and nibble at it instead of zooming way out and trying to work on the whole thing from high altitude.

Disableing the camera constraints thru the advanced menu and increasing the draw distance will allow you to zoom out farther and still see.

Increasing the draw distance may make your client laggy so add 256m at a time until you see how it will act.

Also the property lines show up better for me if i set my sun to midnight.

And yes..the suggestion to select and make smaller parcels and then join them is a great idea too, especially if the land is an odd size.
