How about a script tutorial station? You walk up to it and type the script function you want to see an example of. The station rezzes a set of example prims demonstrating the function. A picture (or virtual 3D animated prim set) is worth a 1000 words. The station could hand you the example scripts for reference. It could have a forward/back set of buttons to step through the tutorials. And/or an alpha set of buttons to press to go to the functions starting with those letters.
* Keeps the content in-world v.s. the Script Help... menu selection that pops a browser.
* Would be about 100 times more clear than just reading text.
* Seems like a perfect Linden funded project.
Maybe you could even talk them into giving you function min/max values....
