First I apologize if I should of put this in the scripting section.
I just purchased Rez-Faux, followed the instructions, got everything all set up great. Did a test rez, popped into place perfectly. However, there was a problem. Using the Rez-Faux, my build lost its Modify permission. I like to sell my builds as copy, mod, no trans, and all my signs mention this. This was the first time I needed to use Rez-Faux, and I was unaware if would alter my build's permission.
Is there anyway to change this behavior. Also, I looked at Rez-Foo, but held off due to the price. I'm not opposed to paying that much, but I'm just starting out and can't justify the cost at this point. However, if it will leave my builds as modify, I'll spend the L$ on it.
Can anyone with experience using these items help me out? Are there any other alternatives out there that won't alter my permissions?

The Rez-Faux scripts are no modify, which is probably why you are seeing your builds as no-modify. Once you set the Rez-Faux box to transfer with the 'let me sell' Blue Menu option, you can transfer/sell the Rez-Faux box with your build in it to someone else. Once that someone rezzes the build, they have the option to 'save' the build, which removes the rezzer and positioner scripts which, if those were the only no-mod items in the build, will make the build appear without the no-mod info. Your customer will still be able to modify the build.
