Not without paying monthly. Your cheapest alternate is 512m allotment for US$5 a month. But, for a total of US$10 a month (premium), you get that same 512m allotment and a weekly stipend of L$500, instead of L$50 with basic.
Premium accounts are cheaper if you pay for 3, 6, or 12 months at a time.
You might be able to find someone that is leasing land for L$, in which case you would have use but not ownership. Good luck with what you decide to do.
