Construction of the Globe Theatre is finished

I am proud to announce that the construction of the SL Globe Theatre is finished, but as a whole not fully complete. All that is left to do is apply a few textures here and there. What I am asking the community (especially very good texturers) is to look at some photos of the stage of the RL Globe Theatre and come up with a good way to incorporate it into the existing design. I also need a couple of textures for the galleries. I may hold a contest to choose the top three designs. I will keep everyone posted. Expect the event soon. . I've been to the Globe in RL and your portrayal is awesome! Are you going to be hosting any plays?

Did you lower the stage a bit? It needs to be low enough so that a 70 tall person could simply fold their arms and lean with them hanging on the stage (i.e. the edge of the stage should come up to their armpits).

well, actually, no. The stage is that high because there is room underneath for actors, stagecrew and props if need be. But thanks for the suggestion . And we will be hosting plays, just as soon as the theatre is fully complete.

Wow! That's amazing! Are you going to need crew in the theater? Because I'm looking for any job in SL, and that would be great!

Yes indeed we do need a stagecrew. Brad Lupis and I have tried a few times to create a Globe Theatre Tech Crew group, but it has folded every time because not enough peoplo signed up. Besides that, I am hosting an event as soon as the game comes back up at the Globe. Building 101.
