I decided to open a store and offer some small space to those that might want to sell a few items. The store is an open air area with six tables. I would like to focus on things to be used for outdoor decorating, lamps, gnomes, planters, etc. I currently have two items for sale, some tiki torches and a nice chimney smoke cube.
If you would like to drop by and see if you would like to use some table space to try to sell an "outdoorsy" item, please do so. I only have a few guidelines to abide.
1. Outdoorsy themed items. 2. Not too big for the tables. Place thoughtfully, allow room for others. 3. Not too pricey, I would like to see things for L$50 or less, but this is flexible. 4. Leave only a few things, so others may participate. 5. I reserve the right to return items to your inventory at any time for any reason.
I am located on the Stillman Hub Island in NE Minna 220,234. I came up with the name, Loki's Lookout because I have a little observation tower on the point there. Feel free to just hang out and watch the sunset and see the boats go by. Pass the word along if you know someone who might want to sell something there.

Wouldn't people's stuff for sale be deleted if they don't own land in the sim? (Assuming you want to operate under the Avatar Central model.)

WTF is C3PO supposed to be USEFUL for anyway, besides whining? Stupid piece of scrap metal would be more useful recycled as a toaster. But even that would suck, because who would want to listen to a whining wussy toaster? Is he gold plated? If that's the case he should just be melted down into gold ingots. Help the economy some, and stop being so damn useless you stupid bucket of bolts! R2 is 1,000 times more useful than your tin man ass, and he's shaped like a salt and pepper shaker FFS!

No. You can choose to allow what others leave on your own land. You have a prim allocation based on land size. It does not matter if they are your prims or others, as long as your under your total prim allotment. I am choosing to share my allocation with anyone that might want to try to sell their items on my land.

I dont expect this venture to be a huge profit maker. But, if it becomes a destination for buying outdoor items, who knows. I get about 30 visitors a day to my plot and just wanted an outlet for someone to sell their outdoorsy type stuff they may have.
Anyone that chooses to leave something on one of the tables gets 100% of the sale price. It costs you nothing to leave something there. If I approach my prim limit due to excessive sales items, I will simply click to return the item to your inventory.
Nothing ventured, nothing gained. This idea may disappear quickly if no one wants to try to sell things there, but if it gets a good response it should stay around as long as it is popular.
