I am, with help, trying to build a fantasy island. I know it sounds generic and copied but I have many ideas for this island.
Features:
ALL SHARE POLICY- All products made for our store will be deeded to the group so everyone recieves an equal part of the profits. For this reason, I am keeping the group small (maximum 10 members) and I have given the group a unusual name to keep everything confidential.
LAND FOR ALL GROUPMEMBERS TO BUILD ON AND SHARE
A SHARED GROUP STORE- we are hoping to sell quality outfits at reasonable prices and top-brand objects such as guns, transportation, etc. we also hope to invent a special item which is not listed here due to stealing
AT LEAST 1026 METERS FOR BUILDING
A PUBLIC COURTYARD FOR EVENTS WITH A STAGE- anyone who wishes to hold an event on the island may do so for free. We also hope to allow those without land to use our land freely with few restrictions.
A PUBLIC SPACESTATION MALL- people may rent or buy areas in our future spacestation mall to build stores. Hopefully this will be a huge mall but this mall is just a dream unlikely to come true without your help and support.
For this project I need volunteers. Pay will come later when the shop is opened. I also need land donors. The land donors will recieve quite a sum of money for doing very little work (depends). We already have one donor and are looking for others currently.

I'm (very) new to SL, but the building thing is interesting to me. I code for a living, so shouldn't be too hard to pickup the object code. I've done extensive coding in MU* environments. If you're willing, I'll help out with items and you'll have my attention while I'm in SL. But, I'm on a basic account for now, so no land donation.

This sounds like a great idea, but I want to give you a word of warning...
If you are planning on leasing an Island from LL, you will NOT be able to put yours or anyone else's allotment towards it. It is a flat fee every month, regardless of tier. Additionally, Groups cannot currently own an island; only individuals.
