The Bhodi Tree Artists Collective will be awarding it's first grants to two lucky artists. Here's the skinny:

- The award is for L1000 each. It can go to any work the artist wishes, but it must go to works of art. It can only go to land purchase if that is made clear in the proposal, and if the work is to be an installation piece.

- The winning applications will be chosen by a committee of members of the Bhodi Tree Gallery Collective. Those not chosen are free to enter the same, or a different, proposal in the next round. We're anticipating a very difficult choice, and no one who is not chosen should feel badly about it. We're odd ducks, and who knows why we like what we like? Heh, no accounting for taste.

- The winners will each be expected to teach two sessions of a "master class" for other artists interested in perfecting their skills. This class can be on anything the winners feel they are particularly skilled in, from texturing to scripting to the basics of design and color.

The Application Process:
Each applicant should submit to Bhodi Siverman a notecard with:
- a detailed description of the project you intend to build and the resource you will need to do so
- three pictures of or landmarks to work you have done that is currently in SL
- what class you would be willing to teach in return for the grant money

ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY November 7th at Midnight, PST.

THanks, Bhodi
