Free Idea:

Here's an idea that I've had sitting around for months and I'll never be able to get to. It's yours to steal, I abstain from all rights to it.

SL Trading cards of players.

Lindens could be shiny gold-trimmed limited edition.

Could have a ... um... "adult" set of cards, too.

What would the criteria be to make it onto a card? How would the person on the card benefit? Maybe some sort of reward based on the number of people that collect your card? Limited editions to raise worth of selling or trading? "I will give you my RYGAR Grimm and a Matina Appleby for your Kanker Greenacre." Its sort of a cool idea, kind of like a info packed calling card without the strings and fun to trade and collect.

Lindens used to pass out trading cards of themselves.. I have some that were donated for the linden museum if anyone wants one =)

This is actually a pet project I am working on at the moment.
I am hoping to add something specific from each Linden into the card. Like Bub's Tshirt, etc.
Some will be rare, others will be common.

There will be Collector Card Vendors placed around the world when I have got it sorted out. And they will be Free.

Please keep an eye out as they will be done soon.

This is a cooperative project with alot of Lindens helping out.

Back when I first started nearly 2 years ago, someone had started a trading card project. I never knew who was behind it, but I think you could collect them on the Prelude Islands and maybe other places in our tiny 30 odd sim world.

I still have at least three in my inventory. I had completely forgot about these cards. I guess it pays to have a cluttered nightmare inventory.

Yay! This is the coolest idea I've heard of in forever. I never saw the originals, but these examples are awesome. I'm in (hehe, whatever that means).

May I just say this is the most arrogant and egotistical thing ever? what would make any of you think anyone would want a card of you, that you would be THAT special?

and also, my name is spelled S P I D E R last name M A N D A L A, if I could talk to whoevers making the cards about working a photoshoot into my schedule that would be great. I will of course require that my card have amazing stats in the event that its a CCG, seeind that I am exceedingly fetid and quite thoroughly core, thank you.

I assume that whoever picks up this and runs with it will make it an opt in only 'game' and have people submit their own cards/criteria? I mean, as opposed to some idiot with an agenda to take it upon themselves to make cards for everyone else?

Mind you. The ensuing drama might be funny as fuck. Just don't involve me... I'm more about petty vengeance and lifelong grudges than drama.
