Come down to Limantour 220, 115 and take a look at a 8000+ sqm plot of land for sale in a popular Mature Sim, near a telehub!
Asking price, 60k ( 7.4$ per sqm - which is under normal mature land prices )
Subdividing is an option.
Reasonable offers considered.
