Hi everyone  I have got 4 great plots less than 40m away from the Daikoku Telehub, and roadside! They're all next to eachother at Daikoku (78,200) Plot Sizes: 448 sqm 816 sqm - very prominent position in plain sight of telehub. Roadside. 1008 sqm - very prominent position in plain sight of telehub. Roadside. 2928 sqm All are excellent business opportuinities and are nicely shaped plots. The asking prices are what I would like the plots to sell at, but IM me with your reasonable offers. Everything is considered honestly. The plots are worth a lot, and I know they are, so please don't shout at me for the high prices in respect to other land around SL |

I'll buy your 1008m plot, but not at $15/sqm. Lower it down to 4-8 and I'll be happy to negotiate the exact price.

Plot sold, 3 remain. New Prices
448 sqm = 3,500$
816 sqm = 7,500$
2928 sqm = 25,000$ (very good position but a large plot)
